What about Customs/VAT/Import Taxes?

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any additional customs and import taxes that may apply. These will vary depending on the destination country and local tax laws so please be aware of this prior to placing your order.

Customers within the EU, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand are encouraged to order via Etsy where there is the option of pre-paying VAT or the equivalent taxes at checkout to expedite the customs clearance process. Otherwise, you are welcome to continue to shop on SlentbeautyPlans.com and pay the fees incurred when the package reaches your destination country. Silentbeauty Plans is not responsible for delays caused by the customs process.

 

Can I combine multiple (two or more) orders?

Yes, you absolutely can. Just pop us an email at help@silentbeautyplans.com and we'll be happy to combine your orders and refund the excess postage, so long as we haven't packed them yet!

 

What paper are the stickers made from?

  • All of our sticker kits and corresponding add-ons (deco, washi, rounded boxes) are printed on removable matte.
  • Our transparent stickers are obviously printed on a clear transparent paper with a gloss finish.
  • Our tiny stickers and character stickers are all printed on our classic matte.

 

When are new releases?

Can I request a custom order?

Yes, but our capacity for these, beyond the custom options already available on our website, is limited at the moment. Drop an email to erin@silentbeautyplans.com to discuss what you have in mind!

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any point until your order ships - please email us at help@silentbeautyplans.com with the subject "CANCELLATION".

 

Can I return my order?

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt - please email me at help@silentbeautyplans.com with the subject "RETURN".

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Coupon code policies

  • Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added once the order has been placed.
  • You may only use one coupon code per transaction.
  • For any promotional freebies with minimum spends, please be aware that this minimum is the total after the discount has been applied and before shipping costs.
